Rohr names Akwa’s Ibrahim for Bafana Bafana clash

Supper Eagles gaffer, Gernot Rohr, has listed Akwa United’s golden boy and reigning League Bloggers Award Player of Month, Alhassan Ibrahim, for next week’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against South Africa’s Bafana Bafana.

Ibrahim has turned out to be one of the best stars in the domestic Nigeria Professional Football League and made his international debut against Corsica Island, last week.

The attacking midfielder’s profile continues to rise as he is expected to earn his second cap against Togo, in Thursday’s International friendly.

Also listed for the match is FC Ifeanyi Ubah’s goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa.
